Secours populaire is an association that fights all forms of exclusion. With its 80,000 volunteers, it has been working for 70 years to help families in need by providing food, clothing, housing, culture, leisure, sports and holidays. It also plays an important role in French basketball.
I wouldn't have become what I am without the unwavering support of Corinne, my mother, but also my sister and brother. I readily admit today that some periods have been more complicated than others. My mother was thus able to count on the support of the Saint-Quentin association network during these periods. Now I am able to give back to the association which is well established in France.
I support the Secours Populaire Green Santa Claus campaign during the holidays. I am thus directly associated with the Christmas tree organized in Saint-Quentin for families who need it. I also sponsor their program that helps children from disadvantaged families get access to recreational activities during the holidays. Finally, I aim to help build an antiseismic school in the Petit Goave region in Haiti which is close to Guadeloupe, where my father is from.
